Just like what their name suggests, these troopers have been developed and designed to work in very cold climates or in ice planets. They are often seen in the planets Rhen Var and Hoth. LEGO released their first variant of this Stormtrooper in 2004. It is a well-made piece and it closely follows the look of the stormtrooper in the series. It has a white helmet and white suit. The white suit has a details on it painted in black, brown and orange.
This LEGO mini figure comes with a gun. The second variant of the Snowtrooper is more LEGO-like. It has the usual LEGO head with only paint to define its facial features. The body is also painted with the same details found in the first variant. These troopers are also paired.
